Fresh off a huge road win — actually, the highest-ranked road win at an SEC campus stadium in school history — Kentucky has kept things rolling into the week with a football commitment on Tuesday afternoon.
Three-star tackle, Jayden Clark, announced on social media that he plans to be future Wildcat.
“Go big blue nation,” he said to the graphic artist that made his decision public news.
The offensive tackle from Northmont High School chose Kentucky over nearly twenty other programs, visiting Cincinnati along the way before making his decision. Playing in Clayton, Ohio, he ranks as the 48th-best player in the state. With Mark Stoops and Vince Marrow being from Youngstown, the pipeline is as strong as ever and it continues to provide for the Kentucky coaching staff, year after year. Eric Wolford was the primary recruiter, seemingly having hands all over this recruitment.
The 6’4.5” 305-pound lineman is a part of the 2025 class, becoming the 18th commit in the recruiting cycle. The class ranks 25th nationally. He first received his offer in January of this year, visiting UK’s campus unofficially twice (in March and July) since then.
He’ll definitely make his mark once arriving, joining the class headliners of Javeon Campbell, Cedric Works, Tucker Kattus, and Stone Saunders. Until then, you can follow him on social media and congratulate him yourself!
